Johnny Lin, one of Harcourts’ most awarded agents over the past 17 years, consistently ranks within the Top 10 in Harcourts Queensland, Top 20 in Harcourts Australia, and Top 20 internationally out of 6,700 sales consultants. This places him in the top 1% of the entire real estate industry.
Johnny began his real estate career at the age of 20 in 2007. By 22, he had already established himself as one of the most successful young real estate agents in Australia and one of the youngest business owners within Harcourts.

Johnny’s extensive management experience and success are evident in his growth and leadership of Harcourts Pinnacle, where he maintains his status as a top industry agent. While managing his business, he also completed a Master’s in Engineering Management. Johnny started his full-time real estate career in 2007 and graduated at the end of the same year with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Management with Honors, alongside a Certificate IV in Real Estate.
An overachiever with boundless passion, Johnny purchased his first property by age 22. Over the years, he has built a strong portfolio of commercial and residential investment properties and completed his first development project, constructing 21 townhouses in Aspley on Wynford Street.
Johnny’s success is rooted in a family business environment and various management roles he undertook while studying full-time. During his final year at university, he discovered his passion for real estate, joining the industry and quickly excelling. In his second quarter with Harcourts Pinnacle, Johnny earned a Silver Award, followed by a Gold Award, and is now a Titanium-level agent, selling 70-100 homes annually.
In 2019 Johnny married his very beautiful partner, Yasmine, after being together since 2014 and in 2021 they welcomed their very first baby boy, Hugo.
Johnny’s goal is to continue growing each and every member of Harcourts Pinnacle personally and professionally as he truly believes that helping his team achieve both growth in their personal life and in the office is the key to a balanced life. Johnny’s love of travelling has seen him and Yasmine travel to over 50+ countries and he aims to continue to do so, now getting to share these wonderful experiences with Hugo, Darcy & his wife Yasmin. His ultimate goal professionally is to be able to build an office and a team that can operate and grow independently and take the business into the future, and personally to be able to spend as much time with his family to be there for every key moment of his children’s development.
